The structure

How a team
is put together.

This is the part most people want to see before they buy: not what it looks like, but how it actually works. A general manager who takes the instruction. Departments underneath her, each with specialists. Tools those specialists work in. And an approval queue between all of it and your customers. Every layer here is real — you can open the live map below and fall through all of it.

The shape of it

Four layers,
and you sit on top.

You

The owner

You give instructions in plain English and you approve anything that leaves the building. You are not managing software; you are running a company that happens to be staffed by AI. Nothing outward-facing happens without you until you decide it can.

01

Your general manager

Botsburg herself. She takes what you said, works out who should do it, hands it over with the context they need, and comes back to you with the result. She writes your morning brief and interrupts you only when a decision is genuinely yours. She is the one employee every team starts with.

02

Departments

Money, commerce, communications, marketing, care and security. A department is not decoration — it is how work is routed and how permissions are scoped. An employee in commerce cannot spend from the ad budget; an employee in marketing cannot issue a refund.

03

The specialists

The individual employees. Each one has a job, a dashboard, a memory of everything they have done, and a narrow set of things they are allowed to do. You meet them by name, and you can read exactly what each is for.

04

The tools

Treasury, Sign, the CRM, the PDF editor, Secured Link. Your specialists work inside these, which is why an invoice they raise, a document they send and the client record they update are all the same set of facts rather than three copies of it.

The live map

Or just fall into it.

Every light below is a real employee. Scroll to fall inward — no cuts, all the way down to a single working cell. This is the same engine that runs inside the product, not a picture of it.

A task, end to end

What actually happens
when you ask for something.

One real example, with every hop named — because "AI handles it" is not an answer anyone should accept.

01

You say it

"Reply to the customer asking about order #1042." Typed into the command bar, or said out loud to your general manager.

02

She works out who

This is a customer communication about an order. That is Ava's, with facts from Tom. She hands it to Ava with the order attached.

03

They gather the facts

Tom pulls the order, the stock position and the shipping status. Ava pulls the customer's history — what they bought before, what they last complained about, how you write to them.

04

A draft appears in your queue

About forty seconds later. You see the draft, the facts it used, and where each fact came from. You edit it or you tap yes.

05

It goes, and it is written down

The email sends, the CRM record updates, and the whole chain is in the audit log — what was asked, who did what, what was used, what you approved and when.

Why the structure matters more than the intelligence

A capable model doing whatever it likes is a liability. This is the part that makes it a business tool.

  • Scoped permissions. Each employee can only touch what their job needs. Nobody has the keys to everything.
  • An approval queue in front of the world. Every outward action waits for you until you decide that category can go on its own.
  • A written record of everything. Who did what, with which facts, and who approved it. Nothing is ever deleted.
  • Handover between employees is explicit. Work moves with its context attached, so nothing is re-guessed at each hop.
  • It scales by hiring, not by prompting. More work means another specialist with another narrow job — not one overloaded assistant.
See it on your own business

The fastest way to understand this is to watch it run on your real inbox and your real orders. That is what the trial is, and what a White Glove call sets up in an hour.
