Remote Screen Share

Take over a screen,
across the country.

Send somebody a link. They click it, they choose what to share — one browser tab, or their whole desktop — and you are on their screen, doing the thing they could not do. There is an expiry date and a time limit on every session, and it ends the moment either of you closes it. Nothing is installed on their machine and nothing stays behind afterwards.

How it works

Four steps, and it is over
when you say it is.

01

You send a link

From your dashboard, from an email, from a text message. It carries an expiry — an hour, a day — and a limit on how long the session may last once it starts.

02

They choose what to share

One browser tab, or the whole desktop. They pick, not you, and they can see exactly what you can see for the entire session.

03

You do the thing

Set up their account, fix their settings, connect their store, show them where the button is. It is their machine, working normally, with your hands on it.

04

It closes, and it is gone

Either side can end it instantly, and it ends by itself at the limit. Nothing is installed, nothing remains, and there is a record of the session on both accounts.

Why it is in here at all

Two reasons.
Both of them yours.

So we can set you up

This is how White Glove actually happens. Your specialist reaches your screen for one call and leaves you with a working business — no site visit, no shipping, no screen-sharing tool to install first.

So you can do it to your customers

If you have clients across the country who need walking through something, this is yours to use. Send them a link from your own Botsburg account, with your name on it.

Nobody installs anything

The person you are helping does not download a tool, make an account, or find a licence key. They click a link.

It cannot be left open

An expiry on the link and a limit on the session, both set by you before it is sent. There is no such thing here as permanent access that somebody forgot about.

You see what they see

They watch the whole session on their own screen. There is no hidden mode, because that is how trust in a tool like this is lost.

It is recorded that it happened

Who joined, when, for how long, on both accounts. If a customer ever asks, the answer is on file.

On Enterprise · and included in every White Glove setup

Every White Glove setup uses it, whichever tier you are on. Enterprise adds it as a tool you can use on your own customers, from your own account, with your own name on the link.
